MESKİ, STOK YÖNETİMİNİ EN VERİMLİ ŞEKİLDE KULLANIYOR
Teknolojiyi çok yakından takip eden MESKİ Genel Müdürlüğü, Merkezi Bütçe ve Merkezi Stok Yönetim Sistemi’ni hayata geçirdi. 21 adet Lojistik Merkezi kuran MESKİ, malzeme ve bütçe yönetimini en verimli şekilde kullanarak, vatandaşlara çok daha hızlı ve kesintisiz hizmet sağlıyor.
Mersin Büyükşehir Belediyesi Mersin Su ve Kanalizasyon İdaresi (MESKİ) Genel Müdürlüğü, Merkezi Bütçe ve Merkezi Stok Yönetim Sistemi’ni hayata geçirdi.
MESKİ, fiziksel şartları ve görüntüleri tamamen yenilenmiş, bütün iç alanları endüstriyel raf sistemleri ile donatılmış, yeni stok yönetiminin kullanıldığı, son teknolojik sisteme sahip bilgisayar programları ile sistematik bir şekilde yürütülen, tüm ürünlerin barkodlu hale getirildiği toplamda 21 adet lojistik merkezi kurdu. MESKİ, Türkiye genelinde bu yeni sisteme tam anlamıyla geçen 2. su ve kanalizasyon idaresi oldu.
MESKİ, bütçesini en akılcı ve verimli şekilde kullanıyor
Merkezi stok yönetimi sürecinde; MESKİ Genel Müdürlüğü’ne bağlı tüm birimlerin mal alım talepleri tek bir noktada toplanarak, stok yönetim süreci içerisinde değerlendiriliyor. Talepler mevcutsa stoklardan karşılanırken, mevcut değilse tedarik ediliyor. Ambar Şube Müdürlüğü tarafından toplu ve planlı bir şekilde yapılan malzeme alımları sayesinde, daha az maliyetle daha fazla envanter kayıt altına alınıyor. Sürekli kontrolü ve takibi yapılan malzeme listeleri ile gereksiz ve yanlış alımların önüne geçerek tasarruf sağlayan MESKİ, bütçesini en akılcı ve verimli şekilde kullanıyor. Tüm ilçelerde faaliyet gösteren ambarlar sayesinde, malzemelerin tek noktadan kontrol edilmesiyle gecikme ve organizasyon sıkıntıları yaşanmıyor.

MESKİ’nin arıza, bakım ve onarımlarda kullanacağı tüm malzemeler sürekli stoklarda mevcut olduğundan dolayı, sahada oluşan tüm acil durumlarda malzeme tedariği beklenmiyor. Böylelikle zamankaybetmeden, vatandaşlara çok daha hızlı ve kesintisiz bir hizmet sağlanıyor.
Bu dönemde planlanan en büyük projelerden birisi olan merkezi bütçe ve merkezi stok yönetim sistemini hayata geçirdiklerini belirten MESKİ Ambar Müdürü Dr. Onur Özgül; “Tüm Türkiye genelinde tamanlamıyla bu sisteme geçen 2. Büyükşehir Belediyesi olmaktan da son derece mutlu ve gururluyuz. Daha önce fiziksel yapısı yetersiz, kullanıma uygun olmayan ve tüm Mersin genelinde 5 olan ambar sayısını, 2 yıl gibi kısa bir sürede yüzde 400’ün üzerinde bir artışla 21’e ulaştırdık. 13 ilçemizde kurduğumuz 21 lojistik merkezimiz sayesinde, arızalarda ve bakım-onarımlarda malzeme tedariği beklemeden, zaman kaybetmeden vatandaşlarımıza hizmet sağlıyoruz” ifadelerini kullandı.
